I am doing a mailing list from my server without using mail services such as unisender, mailchimp, pechkin, etc. But I also want to collect statistics from this mailing list: the number of deliveries, opens, referrals, unsubscribes.
Question: are there services that provide separate tools for collecting statistics, without the function of sending emails?
If not, how can this problem be solved? That is, you need a script that is embedded in a letter and sends data about the letter to my server.

Use transactional email services (aka external email transports). I recommend everyone to try sparkpost .
