Script content not updating in Chrome?

Chrome Canary I
save the code, I start debug, the old code is started.
Refreshing the page and restarting the browser doesn't help, it still sees the old code.

Network -> Disable Cache tab
* The debugger must be open
** If you are not satisfied with the open debugger, then random knowledge should be assigned to the link to the script: assets/js/script.js?[random_sting]
