Screenshot. How to bypass restrictions?

I read somewhere on the site that android of new versions forbids taking screenshots in incognito mode (browsers on the Chrom engine) and in financial applications. I downloaded a screenshot of the application from the Play Market, it did not help either. When I try to take a screenshot, it says "Failed to take a screenshot." By the way, if you turn on screen recording, then instead of the application images there will be just a black box. An example of a screen recording, I split the screen, a browser with incognito mode is open at the top, a calculator at the bottom.

Without root, most likely - nothing.
