Screen doesn't turn on when launched via xinit in another X server?

I'm trying to run any other application in a separate tty
For example, I run
cd /home/vlados/.wine/drive_c/Games/DarkSouls3-GOTY/Game
xinit /usr/bin/wine DarkSoulsIII.exe -- :1 -nocursor
Coolers start to buzz
Everything starts , there is an application sound
But the monitor does not seem to be turned on (that is, there is not even a backlight, it seems to be turning off
I have two
Intel and Nvidia video cards
My Xorg and gnome start with NVIDIA without problems
Also wine works as it should if it is started from the
Xorg GUI. 1.log doesn't throw any errors There

i tried to turn off the nvidia-prime
monitor still wont turn on
can someone tell me how to turn it on
if I run a similar command from my Xorg then the screen turns black (with backlight) and everything becomes inactive: Keyboard mouse and no sound
So wine does not start
Tried linux applications ( xterm, etc.)

And why did you decide that XINIT is so
starts without .xinitrc file?
