Scratch disks are full, why?

The disk has 7 GB of free space. Is Photoshop not enough? How much should be allocated?
The error occurs after starting the program, when I want to export the work.

Check in the settings, there may be something wrong. On a Mac: Photoshop > Preferences > Scratch Disks
How much does the .psd work itself weigh?
