For which applications can react native be used.
Now we need to develop an application for android, to notify about taking medications. Is react suitable for such purposes. It’s just that I’m far from Java, I’m doing web development and therefore I want to develop applications using js and react.

Quite. Look at the showroom at Website. React and cordova testing. It's with the pictures. Created a photo gallery, high quality pictures. 20 files per page. Cordova died, react native didn't even strain, opened the page almost instantly

It will do, but if the application is very simple (it would be good to describe what it should be able to do), then phonegap is faster and easier

Yes, React Native is suitable for such purposes. React Native technology is great for CURD applications.
If you want to write games and create complex animations, then most likely this is not a very suitable framework, but for all of the above, please.
You can also learn more about applications written in React Native on the official website . At the moment, there are applications such as Facebook, Facebook Groups, Instagram, Airbnb. As far as I know, these applications are currently not completely translated to React Native, but use plug-in components for native applications.
