Scheduler with goals, tasks, subtasks of tasks, as well as subtasks of subtasks?

Good day to all.
There are many reasons why I am writing here: a bunch of some tasks, a bunch of forgotten promises, total chaos in general.
I have been living with such a beard since October-November. A lot of things fall down, because of these things, more important things fade into the background, these same things are with a long-term perspective, but I don’t want to for a very long time either.
So soon it will be half a year, it's time to change something.
I wanted to systematize everything a little, conduct an audit of where the time goes, find time for the most necessary tasks, and everything else will somehow work out.
I had high hopes for Outlook, a good mailer, apparently, as an organizer, it should also be good. But, in Outlook, there is no way to create a task with checkboxes, and the task itself can be assigned to some category.
Let's take as an example a student with pairs:
Category UNIVER
Task1: Pass a course in Distributed Computing
Check-box1: lab1
...
Task2: Pay for studies.
Checkbox1: Earn.
Those. basic requirements: categories with tasks and subtasks and cross-platform.

Do you understand that this is MS Office? Why are you trying to replace the simple with the complex? You can write a macro that will count the checkboxes and set the percentage of completion. Or you can just nest one task in another. And about categories - this is generally beyond - press the big button "Select a category" (naturally with the addition and an unlimited number).

Wunderlist or Trello is enough for your tasks. The free functionality of both systems is enough for the eyes.
