Moreover, it would be great that this would be done on schedule.

VLC was an option - but he did not want to accept the rtmp stream. Either they didn’t indicate that, which I also don’t deny.

VLC is overrated shit. They promised a lot about rtmp there, in fact they broke everything in subsequent versions.
Use ffmpeg. But there are also problems there.
