Scenario name not resolving in charts?

before scripts were displayed as a site name and a keyword during monitoring when they were displayed in diagrams, after switching from external to internal zabbix, step names are not displayed correctly simply as {HOST.NAME}, that is, they no longer obey macros and item, with what could be the reason for this?
display example: Failed step of scenario "{HOST.NAME} park"
should be: Failed step of scenario "testsite.com park"

Try the variable {HOSTNAME}, I looked at myself - it is it that is used.
