Scary red icons on WINDOWS labels?

Nothing foreshadowed trouble, when I suddenly go to the desktop and see these icons

This happens when files are uploaded to the cloud, Yandex for example
Remove Yandex browser and software from Yandex

Antiviruses ALWAYS detect a crack as a virus, this is the norm
