Here I vectorized a notebook page (by reducing the brightness - "pulled out a handwritten abstract").
But since the handwriting remains unchanged, you need to scale, move, and do similar actions with individual zones (lines, then, for example, words, etc. to give "animal life"), but unfortunately, just a simple selection of an area is too dreary.
Question - is there a similar regional instrument?

Hold Alt + left mouse click and drag over all the items that you want to select. Just make sure nothing is selected first, with the object selected alt moves it regardless of the cursor position.
