Scale mismatch in Microsoft Office. How to fix?

For example, I open an A4 document with a scale of 100%, attach a sheet to the monitor, and it turns out to be larger than its virtual counterpart. This happens in all office applications. Monitor 21:9 25". Apparently this is confusing him. Can this be fixed somehow? Thanks in advance!
