How to change photo links in Excel?

How can I enable their preview in Excel itself? So that the links are like an image attachment.

Macro only:
- go through the cells of the required column;
- extract the link;
- download a picture;
- insert into the cell.

Unfortunately, there is no functionality built into Excel.
