Sberbank or IP Pirozhkova as the first job after changing direction?
Good afternoon, earlier I was engaged in backend (php in small companies), but for the last year I have been actively studying and moved to the frontend, I did not work officially.
Now there is an offer from SberTech and from a small IT company (front-end team of 4 people) + 2 interviews are scheduled, and the choice was obvious until I read the reviews about Sber on Habr Career.
Basically they write that this is a huge and clumsy state machine, everything is like in the army - outdated technologies, no one cares about quality, very slow development and end up with the fact that there is no free tea in the offices ...
About individual entrepreneurs and small companies - I worked and development there + is fast, but still just as often everything is a "blunder" and the specialists there are also often incompetent, friends / acquaintances of leaders who sit in a senior position and rivet feces.
My goal is to pump skills.
I would love to go to Yandex, but I didn’t go there (I couldn’t calculate the complexity of the algorithm in terms of time and memory, respectively, and choose the most suitable one), I can try again in 3-4 months.
Please tell me who worked in giant companies (such as Sberbank), how is it with development and training?
What is better than going to a small company?
PS Moderator, I understand that it is impossible to give unequivocal advice, please do not delete.
I am completely at a loss, I want to go to a large company and "start / restart" my career normally, but on the other hand, reviews about this company.

Basically they write that this is a huge and clumsy state machine, everything is like in the armyThis is bad? Maybe you want to do oral tasks in the spirit of "yes, there's work for 5 minutes"?
friends / acquaintances of leaders who sit in a seigneur position and rivet feces.Yes. and 100,500 more nuances, for example, all these friends consider themselves important kings within the framework of this one office.
no free tea in the offices...how notably the propaganda on all sorts of IT sites has dirtied your brains. He doesn't have free tea... You can send me the address. I'll send you a tea if you don't have money for tea.

How is it with development and learning?
In addition to technical skills in php / js, you need to be able to do what many write "self-organized" in their resumes, but in fact, they cannot arrange a vacation according to the instructions for themselves without the help of recruiters.
Go to a large organization, gain experience. Bureaucracy is criticized for a reason. But for some reason, it does not disappear from this world, and the larger the company, the more bureaucracy.
It would seem a paradox, but it is not. No bureaucracy anywhere, you just need to be able to prepare it.
And this is a very useful skill.
I didn’t work at Sberbank, but being an IP Pirozhkova herself, I know that there is only one advantage in working for Pirozhkova: flexible schedule and flexible approach, understanding and acceptance of any personal and family reasons and situations of an employee. If you do not have 7 children on the benches, then choose Sberbank.
You just didn’t read honest reviews about the individual entrepreneur pie)

Look - if you want to work in giants - or work in savings, and at the same time study, participate in inner life in squabbles and intrigues in order to move up the career ladder. Well, connect your path with the giants. There, in any giant, technical skills will always not come first.
If you want your own business, you can go to an individual entrepreneur so that someone pays for your training on cats, and study in parallel. Knowing that in a year or two you will go free swimming.
In general, any small offices - this is a maximum of a year, then to go into their own business, there is nothing to do there for more than a year, only to waste time. And what you get in a small office will not help you in a large one.
So, either in a large one from the janitor, rake everything that is poured on you from the top, with the hope that the thread will reach the top.
Or in a small one, gain the minimum useful experience for an independent business.
