Save layer mask?

Please tell me, there is a layer with a mask applied to it. How can I save this strip with one picture in the form in which it is in the layout. I tried to convert it to a smart object and rasterize the layer, but it doesn't work.

I don't quite understand what your problem is.

Created a solid pink fill, drew a circle and created a mask:

Right-clicked on the layer - quick export to PNG

Result
