Satellite Internet vs Skylink?

I want to ask the owners of satellite Internet how good it is:
1) What is the average speed
2) How does it behave in bad weather and thunderstorms
3) What offices do you recommend?
Now I have SkyLink with a remote antenna on the roof at my dacha, although the connection is 3.1 Mbps but in reality, there is simply no connection, it happens and practically flies.
Other operators do not catch at all. So I'm thinking about satellite. How stable is it and is the game worth the candle.
ps I must say right away that I am not afraid of the cost of equipment. you can pay once.

Since March, I have had two-way satellite Internet Raduga-Internet (Ka-Sat)
1. The actual download speed is 350-400 Kb / s, I was not interested in uploading. I discovered pitfalls - when the snow melted in the spring and the house, so to speak, “moved” (I have it on the posts), the speed dropped. When the water came down, everything returned to normal.
2. It works fine in bad weather, I did not notice any deterioration. It cuts off in a thunderstorm, and I turn it off myself. Didn't see any other crashes.
3. I only used the above, there is no other experience.
And yet - the antenna is heavy (about 20 kg), it sways noticeably from the wind, you need to mount it very well on the wall in a place protected from the wind. Well, there should be no obstacles in the way of the signal, I had to ask a neighbor to cut down a tree.
The Internet costs decently 65 kopecks per megabyte + 25 rubles. per day for a fixed fee.

As I understand it, you need a two-way channel: it is very expensive in terms of tariff. If there is an alternative, then it is better to use it.
For example, here are the prices: www.invisat.ru/sputnik_internet/price_and_tarif/

The kit itself is quite expensive bidirectional.
