Same file permissions when accessed through different services on Synology?

Good afternoon. There is SYnology DS213+. It runs 2 NFS and SAMBA services. I mount the same folder through different services to different places and start comparing the permissions on the files that these services transfer and see (ls -l
)

How to make sure that the rights are transferred exactly the same?
