How to partition SSD and HDD disks for Webserver?

There is a server with two hard drives, one 120 GB SSD and a 1 TB HDD. What is the best way to place sections for the web server on it, so as not to lose speed and reliability.
For example, I want the root on a 35 GB SSD, and the rest of the space under /home.
The HDD has two 20 GB logical disks for /var/tmp and /var/log. The rest is a place for placing media files.

HDD has two 20 GB logical disks for /var/tmp and /var/log
These partitions are uniquely on the SSD.
Swap there.
As for home - it all depends on where you will place the site files.
It is desirable that the database and scripts are also on the SSD.
Media files, and other heavy and rarely changed on the HDD.
The general principle is simple - what is often changed and overwritten, as well as critical to the speed of reading, writing -
on the SSD, the rest on the HDD.
