How to properly partition disks when installing linux ubuntu 16.04 as a full OS?

I have an Asus Vivobook pro 17 n705ud laptop - https ://www.dns-shop.ru/product/f37fdd469d163330/1...
ubuntu axis. But when partitioning disks, there is both hdd and ssd item, which one to choose, where to put it? And I also heard you need 100mb under UEFI. In general, you can help taking into account my characteristics, I myself do not rummage about this. I used to put it 2 times on an old laptop, but there was 1 point.
Ps Yes, and when viewing, I found some partitions on both points (hdd, ssd), in the photo I deleted them

Mount / on the SSD, mount /home on the HDD, for example
. Or make /home on the SSD too (do not mount separately), and create one partition on the HDD and connect it under the file cleaner (outside /home)

For the system to work quickly, you need to push all the data that you need quick access to the ssd. In principle, 128GB is enough for full-fledged work without a hard drive. Therefore, if I were you, I would put it on the ssd:
1. definitely swap
2. / (root), for fast loading of the system, kernel and libraries.
3. /home. There user data and personal configs.
Include a disk drive in the home with an additional folder. For example /home//HDD. After that, all movies, music, documents and downloads should go to it. After installation, symlink these folders to your /home.
I would do that.

/boot/efi for 128 MB if booting via UEFI and not CSM.
swap to RAM+1GB if you need to sleep to disk instead of shutting down. Without it, it depends on the amount of RAM. In any case, 1-2 gigs per eye. Don't listen to swap switches, they're out of their minds.
The rest is under /, because the programs will be installed, the files will be "temporarily" thrown off in / home, and somewhere the place will end sooner or later.
