Safari and PhpStorm. How to set as default browser?

Good afternoon.
I'm struggling with setting up PhpStorm. I installed Safari as default browser

But by pressing Ctrl+R I get this window

Tried changing the Default browser setting to System default and First listed - no effect.

It helped to create a new browser, indicate Chrome in the Family column, and indicate Safari in the Path
