Russian SIM card abroad and free roaming?

Hello! I plan to leave for a few months to live in another country, but at the same time I have a desire to stay in touch with my yota number. I want to organize outgoing and incoming calls and SMS to my android with a SIM card from another country.
There is an understanding that in Russia it is necessary to install some kind of server with a voip-gsm gateway and vpn to my smart in another country with a voip client.
I have never been exposed to the world of VoIP/sip administration and am therefore asking for help in guiding me into the right technologies. It is desirable to organize everything without buying expensive specialized devices.

It is solved simply. But if you have never encountered the world of VoIP, it will be difficult.
You need a soft VoIP server, for example, Asterisk. You need a usb "whistle", which you will include in the server with Asterisk and on Asterisk you will do through chan_dongle "trunk" to the yota operator.
Connect the softphone on your smartphone to your Asterisk in Russia.
Set up routes on Asterisk so that all incoming mobile phones will go to your extension. Well, outgoing from the softphone went through your Yota.
This is how it is done for me + a telegram bot is attached that notifies about incoming calls.
Read aside:
-"Asterisk is the future of telephony"
-chan_dongle - specific channel settings. Depending on whistle
