Here [email protected] has a good example of how you can raise your API. This code parses the root tracker and makes an API out of it. And since Since most of the trackers work on the same TorrentPier engine , then converting rutracker-api to any other tracker will not be a problem.

There aren't any, but most trackers are dumb forums with static html, so it's not hard to parse.

The problem is the data, torrent files are created by people for people and not for machines, there are torrent trackers where quality is monitored, but these are local trackers (try the old vtracker, banned in Russia, few users, but the content is still being monitored, in the name of the publication the genre is necessarily added.), globally inconvenient and, most importantly, there is very little data in them.
A torrent is no longer a data storage (a technology trouble, since there are no mechanisms to control which torrents should be stored and which should be deleted from clients, for example, rare ones and, vice versa, too popular), but a kind of operational buffer for content here and now, it copes very well when there are a lot of people start downloading something, but it’s bad with storage for a long time, especially something that is not popular.
