Tell me the most relevant / useful for today, in your opinion, Russian-language network resources on Perl.

If you ask a question, then on wingrad or in ru-perl.livejournal.com. If books, then a book with a llama and a book with an alpaca were recently reprinted. If the module is found, then on CPAN, although it is not Russian-speaking. If the chat is irc.rusnet.ru #perl, it seems that it was active when I last went there. Blogs - it’s not difficult to find 5-10 active blogs through Google. Well, YAPP, of course!
