Tell me Russian domain registrars, who supports the two-factor authorization system? There are many foreigners who support such a system (namecheap is only slightly upsetting, because it uses the bare minimum - ordinary SMS), i.e. at least - SMS to a phone number, ideally - OTP, like Google Authenticator.

reg.ru allows you to set a number for SMS security, i.e. confirmation of any operation with a code from SMS
has never seen anything like this in Russia
