Running VirtualBox under OpenVZ VPS
Actually. I got myself a cool VPS with 6GB RAM in the USA (Dallas, Texas), I need Windows XP, at least 3GB RAM. I don’t know what to do, they write in VPS hosting support that it’s impossible, they also write this on the forums (in English), but maybe there are some options?

You need a kernel with a virtualbox module loaded (only the hoster can do this), netadmin rights inside the virtual machine (only the hoster can do this), correctly configured sysctl both in the virtual machine and on the host (only the hoster will fix it on the host).
That is, it is impossible - the answer is wrong. It is possible if you have root access to the physical machine and you understand at least something in administration and are able to add a package that is not installed due to errors (during installation, vbox will not be able to assemble the kernel module and load it inside the virtual machine, of course - this will need to be done by hand on a piece of iron + finish installing the package by correcting the postinst script).
But in your situation, you can't.
VirtualBox is trying to change the kernel to work (add another different version), but this can not be done because. this is forbidden by OpenVZ. I was able to run another QEMU VM on Debian 7 (not on Ubuntu), but Windows XP is VERY slow compared to VirtualBox or Windows VPS.
here is the installation instruction: https://habrahabr.ru/post/107471/
