Installing SteamOS Virtualbox

I'm trying to install SteamOS in Virtualbox. I do everything according to the instructions here . Enabled EFI in virtual machine settings.
After entering

FS0:\EFI\BOOT\BOOTX640 into the "2.0 Shell>" prompt

Nothing happens.

What could be the problem?
ps if you just enter FS0:\EFI\BOOT\BOOTX64 the result is the same.

I realized that support for hardware virtualization is needed here, which my stone does not have. it's a pity...
