Running Tomcat5.5 under Windows with Security Manager

Hello! The question is how to implement the subject. The manual says that you need to run it like this:
%CATALINA_HOME%\bin\catalina start -security . However, first of all, I don't have catalina in bin, I only have tomcat5.exe, tomcat5w.exe and a few jar files. Secondly, when I try to run tomcat5.exe start -security, it still doesn't work, it swears at command "start -security" does not exist.
I'm sorry if this is a stupid question, I've just never encountered setting up a tomcat under Windows.

The question then is where and how did you install Tomcat.
For in www.sai.msu.su/apache/tomcat/tomcat-5/v5.5.31/bin/apache-tomcat-5.5.31.zip in the bin folder there is the desired catalina.bat
