Running Kotlin under C# - is it possible?

Hello.
Started learning Koltin. For the sake of this, I would like to do something in practice, which would be more interesting and easier.
There is a library for modding one game written in C#, just like the game itself.
I thought it would be great for me to write something. But C# is not mine.
Are there options for running Kotlin code from under .NET?
How, for example, Kotlin's stdlib is connected to run under Java.

PS: Even if this is not an option at all, please advise how to learn Kotlin in practice. What is interesting to write and what to do?
