Running in software rendering mode (cinnamon)?

I'm running linux mint. When enabled, I get an alert in the form of Run in software rendering mode. Currently, Cinnamon works without hardware video acceleration, so there may be a noticeable increase in the load on the processor.
I looked at the temperature through the sensors, after 5-7 minutes of operation it shows about 60 degrees.
