Run programs in privileged mode in Windows 7

According to:
www.oszone.net/10594/run_as_admin
forum.oszone.net/thread-159384-4.html
I tried manipulations with admilink, cpau, psexec - in the end it did not work out to achieve the desired result.
Has anyone managed to run a process with administrative privileges in Windows 7 as a normal user in automated mode?
We assume that UAC is enabled.
update:
in this case I stopped at runasspc - everything works fine, the password does not glow when using crypt-files.
