Rsync and Russian filenames

Hello,

there is a problem with synchronizing two Ubuntu Servers
, there is a directory with a bunch of Russian files,

which keys I have not tried for rsync, anyway the names are converted to ???????

In my opinion, it was done like this --iconv=windows-1251,utf-8, or does it not help either?

What partitions are you syncing files on? What are the file systems? and mount options?
