RSA persistence - EAS from PyCryptodome documentation example?

Tell me how stable this example from the documentation ( https://www.pycryptodome.org/en/latest/src/example... ) is if the private keys are stored on the client side, and the public key is sent by the server to all participants.
It confuses me that this is done so easily with this library.
