Routing over pptp?

Good day everyone!
The essence of the problem:
1. there is a Mikrotik with a white IP for the Internet
2. Nat + dhcp server is configured on it (in principle, nothing special) local network 192.168.1.0/24
3. There was a need to have access to the network in another office 192.168.3.0/24 configured pptp client (where I get ip 10.0.0.10 and gateway 10.0.0.1). There is a connection and it is stable.
4. Registered in the route to the network 192.168.3.0/24, I check the traceroute on Mikrotik, all the norms are pinged to the resources of this network.
The problem is that from the local computer 192.168.1.2/24, the network 192.168.3.0/24 I don’t see, the ip that turned out to me via pptp 10.0.0.10 is pinged, but the gateway 10.0.0.1 is not seen, well, network resources are not seen 192.168.3.0/24.
Colleagues, I ask for practical advice on how to fix this situation. Thanks in advance to anyone who can point me in the direction of resolving this issue.

Dynamic NAT 192.168.1.0/24 → 10.0.0.10.
If you need site-to-site, then you need NAT on both sides of the tunnel.

@diesel_ttt

that is, add the dst-nat rule from the network 192.168.1.0/24 to ip 10.0.0.10, but won't all requests start running through this address, because I also have src nat up ?? my goal is to have access to the 192.168.3.0 network, and to have access to the Internet according to the old scheme 192.168.1.0/24, to go out into the world through the white Mikrotik IP.
