Routing in Mikrotik?

There is one mikrotik router for two interfaces created subnets subnets 192.168.10.0 and 192.168.20.0 with dshp and how to make routing between them so that they see each other on the network

Duc and you checked that they now do not see each other?
In my opinion, Mikrotik is smart enough in such simple cases to automatically create routes without requiring manual configuration.
And if they still don’t see it, then see if Mikrotik is a gateway for the hosts you are checking on.

By default, Mikrotik will forward packets between all networks that you have set up on ip -> interfaces.
If it suddenly does not go, see what is in the firewall forward chain.
