RouterOS update on Mikrotik?

Reset Mikrotik RB951 to factory settings.
Now it is defined as an x86 device with RouterOS 5.2
Updating the firmware using standard methods does not work WinBox-> Files does not pick up the firmware from here.
There is no Check For Updates option in Packeges.
How to be. How can you update?
