Router on dd-wrt as a proxy server. Is it possible to?

Good afternoon! I ask skilled engineers of networkers to prompt.
Is it possible to implement, or can I only dream of it?
Let's say there is my home router TP - LINK on which you can install DD-WRT. Which is located in the city Let's say Moscow. It has a static IP
. Is it possible to install a certain program (package) on this router that will allow from the City, say Krasnodar, to access my router by ip address and port, so that this router redirects requests from my Krasnodar computer to the Internet and back to Krasnodar. Ideally, using a username and password.
Roughly speaking, that working with Saitama and the web in Krasnodar will I access the Internet as if in Moscow?
Thanks

Ddwrt squid or any proxy. Look in packages. However, I would advise something based on more powerful hardware

On dd-wrt, you can put OpenVpn or some other, OpenDns, Squid, Libreswan, for example, there are enough options. + As far as I know, port forwarding is needed (I'm not a master in this, I won't tell you).
If you distribute from this router or computer, say, to a laptop or even an android, that is, more banal solutions but with terrible speed losses - you can simply "distribute vpn" from a computer to a laptop / android using a "whistle" and Conectify for example or DoubleTunnelSSH. You can proxy using a computer and a regular router using Proxifier + CCProxy
