Router not connecting via pppoe?

Router DIR-615. If I connect without a router directly, then everything works. If through a router, then there are two options: an error connecting peers, or connected, but you can’t access the Internet at the same time. With the second option, the address 8.8.8.8 (Google's dns server) is pinged. I updated the firmware, reset the settings, connected to the router from other devices - it did not help.

As far as I remember, D-links in one of the new firmware versions have such an option ... like "from which interface to take DNS settings" you need to indicate that you are supposedly nice - take a router from the PPPoE interface, then it might work, it’s also worth looking in the DHCP settings (if used) which DNS addresses the router distributes to client machines, if everything is correct at first glance, try specifying the same 8.8.8.8 as an alternative server, and of course, on the PC itself, look through ipconfig/all and what DNS - the PC server tries to address that?
