RocketChat not working from LAN, why?

Hello, I've been struggling with a problem for 2 days. Installed on the Rocketchat server, located on the same local network as the organization's employees. The server is configured with caddy with https. Forwarded ports on RocketChat 80 and 443. If you access via the Internet using rocketchat.organization_domain.ru, then everything works. From the local network, if you access the full address rocketchat.organization_domain.ru, then it is not available . At the local address plus port 3000, it opens without problems, but there is no encryption either. How to fix?

Look at this question - How to configure LAN access from LAN through WAN?
The fact that the external interface of the router is not accessible from the inside is quite normal. It is necessary to give a local address for local resources, and not to break "out, then in".

Well, you need the so-called "reverse NAT" on the router.
For example, on Mikrotik it's called Harpin NAT...
What kind of router?
