Roaming folder in Wine?

I'm trying to install the ZIT program (IT APPLICATIONS).
I run the exe file - vine does everything fine. Further, according to the instructions, you need to drop the ini files into the Roaming folder (in Windows it was C:\Users\you_user\AppData\Roaming) - in Vine I did not find this folder along the path .wine/drive_c/users/you_user/Application Data/
Created I copied this folder myself, copied the files there - it did not help, I threw it into the Application Data root - without result. These ini files contain the IP address of the server with the SQL database, login and password for connection.
After talking with the developer, I did not receive an answer, or rather I received that it would be better if I did not receive it. And, he says, put Windows and that's it.

Most likely, the program contains the %appdata% variable, which is why it does not work. As an option, look for where the environment variables are in Vine and conjure there
