RMS not configurable?

When trying to install RMS Host it requires a password. I downloaded the official msi package from the official site of the program and it requires a password during installation. I did not set any passwords and when I enter the password for my Windows account, an error pops up: некорректный пароль! What's the matter, what to do and how to demolish the password and install RMS Host cleanly. Tell me please.
