RF VAT settings in WooCommerce?

Hello.
Tell me, what is the canonical way to set up VAT in WooCommerce for Russia?

I look in the "Tax" section of the WooCommerce settings and see the option to create tax groups for VAT, where you can set multiple tax rates depending on the buyer's country, city, etc. Clearly, there are features for the American market.

But when editing/creating a product, you can only select a group, not a specific bid.

It turns out that if I have several types of goods under different VAT, do I need to create my own group of taxes for each VAT and enter one rate in each group? To be able to select VAT in the interface for editing/creating goods.

It's funny, but when editing an order, you can specify separate rates for a position.

In the external plugin, on the event of a successful WooCommerce payment, I need to receive all the items of the order, including the VAT that is set on them.

VAT by itself does not mean anything in a store. I will assume that if you are in the Russian Federation, then you need the correct indication of VAT on the check.
And in the receipt, VAT can appear either from the payment plugin, or from the store settings, or from the product, if the payment plugin does not rewrite VAT.
We use Ya.Kassa, which can rewrite the VAT set in the store or take it from the goods / store.
Total:
- if you have USN, then it's easier to set up 0% in the payment gateway, if it allows it;
- if VAT payers and all goods are from the same group, then VAT is at the store level;
- if goods with different VAT, then through the goods card and make sure that the gateway does not overwrite the value when transferring the check to the cashier.

Good time, but just a file from 0 is possible for the Russian Federation, otherwise America is somehow not patriotic!
