Reverse net kvm?

Hello!
Advise reverse net kvm. This is a device that has a vga video output, an Ethernet port, 2 usb ports, audio outputs (pink-green microphone-headphones). The device via RDP / VNC or through the devil :) connects to a remote server and transmits the image to the monitor, advanced usb data.
