Need to reverse an Android application, tell me programs to get data via HTTP traffic?

If HTTP then any sniffer from the playmarket. I use Packet Capture myself. Root is not needed.
If you need to intercept HTTPS, you will have to sweat.
You can put the emulator on your PC and there already root and do whatever you want.
