Tablet on the MTK platform (MediaTek). To restore it, you only need FlashTool, no Odins, etc. RMB on "My Computer", Properties -> Advanced Options -> Environment Variables -> Create, name - devmgr_show_nonpresent_devices, value - 1. Go to the manager, look for the device and install the required driver. Physically disconnect the device from the PC.
