Resume parser (PHP)

The project (PHP) is tasked with extracting data (name, phone, mail, education, work experience...) from Russian resume files. Ideally, it should be a parser of .doc, .pdf files into HR-XML format. We are considering options for purchase or development. A search on this topic gave several variants of English-language parsers (sovren, rchilli...). Russian speakers could not be found.

Perhaps we searched badly and there is such a parser? If not, perhaps people with experience in similar developments will be able to advise something?

I won’t suggest anything ready, but there was a series of articles on Habré that you may find useful in this matter.
