Restricting content by IP on the site?

Greetings friends. Almost daily notifications come from the hoster about blocking the site. The bottom line is that I have an online movie site, I fulfill all the requirements of the hoster and delete unwanted content.
The hoster hinted that no more notifications from copyright holders would come and the site would not block the RKN, make access to content via IP.
The question arose, will there be notifications from copyright holders if the film is available in countries other than the CIS?

Well, it depends on requirements.
If the copyright holders require that it not be shown in a particular country, then there should be no further requirements, but if they imply that you are illegally distributing, then there is no way.
