Restream video streaming on youtube, twitch etc.?

There is streaming video in m3u8 format (for example).
Task: Stream it to YouTube or some other service.
Are there services that will allow you to transfer it to broadcast services with the address and broadcast key?
We need online services, not obs or xslpit.

Ivan, we are currently developing such a solution, but I can say one thing for sure: any service will ask you to send this stream to it, and for this, again, you will need the same ffmpeg, obs, xsplit, etc.
But here it is more comforting that a separate server for ffmpeg is not needed in theory. And, by the way, now why do you need a dedicated one in such a situation?
