Restoring ntds.dit from another DC?

There are two domain controllers:
SRV-DC - domain controller 1.
SRV-EX - domain controller 2, concurrently - the Exchange server.
The ntds.dit file on srv-ex was corrupted, so the server starts only in directory restore mode or in simple domain member mode if the ProductType in the HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\ProductOptions registry is corrected.
There is no ntds.dit backup.
It is possible to force somehow to replicate the data from working DC?
Or what other ways are there to restore a domain controller?

@Naps

In general, it was decided quite simply.
Started demotion in directory recovery modes. Before rebooting, I changed the ProductType registry to ServerNT with my hands. The role has been removed.
Then he simply raised it again, agreeing with the replacement in AD.
