Restoring grub ubuntu14 after reinstalling windows 7?

Hello!
I apologize in advance for such a typical question, but all my attempts have failed, and I appeal to the professional community!
standard situation. I installed windows 7 on one hard drive and ubuntu on the other. And ubuntu was installed on the third logical drive on the second hard drive. After reinstalling windows linux, as usual, it did not boot, although it remained in the list of operating systems, and the choice of ubuntu remained. But after selecting boot, the grub command prompt is issued? something like this:
aaron-kelley.net/wp-content/uploads/2011/04/grub.png I
enter the boot command and I get this message:
You need to load the kernel first in Grub.
I went looking for a description of the problem, I found a couple of solutions:
1.http://help.ubuntu.ru/wiki/restoration_grub
Didn't help. Or am I doing something wrong.
The team sudo fdisk -lalso does not see the Linux partition. It sees only the logical disk with Linux, but there is no Linux inscription
2. compizomania.blogspot.com/2013/12/grub-windows-ubu...
in this case, the boot-repair program does not see the Linux partition. In general, everything is not going as it should)
What needs to be done, what is happening here? I would be grateful for any answers! Thank you!

@nazarpc

So solution #1 should work.
Firstly, show what the output is here sudo fdisk -l, secondly, you can find which /dev/sd* corresponds to your disk in the gnome-disks application, there is all the disk layout in a beautiful graphical mode, then continue from the mount point.
