Restoring access to redirected folders?

Hello,
There are 2 servers, the main and backup CD, both systems are spinning physically on software raids, without virtualization. There are no resources for virtualization and further replication.
On the main redirected folders of users where all docks are stored lie. It is forbidden to use offline access, that is, to store a local copy.
Question: how can I quickly switch the path of redirected folders to the 2nd server?
Backups of these folders fall on the backup server while maintaining NTFS rights
. That is, now if the main server fails, the maximum that I can do is change the path of the folders in the policy and wait for it to be applied, or use gpupdate / force with each user, which is not an option at all
In general, you can scatter a batch file with gpupdate with a policy and ask users to use it as a last resort, but I would like to automate or at least not connect users.
